Download the Incent App for Easier code redeems

At Incent we are excited to announce that we are entering the next stage of our company’s growth. With close to 200,000+ users, and 30,000+ content creators using our platform, generating over 300,000 weekly hours of content consumed we decided that if we want to continue to support such exponential growth, there are several things that need amending. The biggest of which is the transition exclusively to the Incent mobile app (available for download on both iOS and Android devices)

Monday 9th November (AEST)

From Monday 9th November, Incent’s mobile app will become the only way for viewers to claim dropcodes. Install the Incent app on a secondary app like a mobile, or tablet and whilst watching your regular content creators either type in the code or scan the QR code displayed on the on-screen banner – it’s a faster, more efficient way for viewers to redeem INCNT tokens which are dropped in-stream. The move to using the app strictly for code redemption improves the rate and quantity of codes redeemed by virtue of being able to quickly scan the QR codes embedded into the INCENT overlays, thereby not requiring one to spend extra time manually typing codes into

What does this mean for you?

A better, safer and more enjoyable experience engaging with your favorite content creators. Don’t accidentally get left behind. Download the Incent app from your iOS or Google Play stores today!

What does this mean for new user registrations?

Incent offers a centralized way to both login and register. As a result, in order to register for a new account simply press the ‘login’ button located in the top left of your mobile screen and authenticate with the service of your choosing. If you are a new user, an account will be created for you.

For access to your account and profile settings, you will still be able to view them via your desktop browser and in the future, we’ll be adding this to the mobile app.

What does this mean for existing users?

Nothing! Simply login via the service you normally do through the mobile app and all of your information will automatically be synchronized across, allowing you to instantly return to claiming codes.

We are aware that viewers using certain popular android devices are experiencing issues with using the app, for example logging in, frequently being logged out or scanning QR codes. Our tech team have taken your feedback onboard and are working on solutions. In the meantime changing the default browser on your mobile device can help eliminate log in issues.

To set Chrome as your default web browser

  1. On your Android, open Settings .
  2. Tap Apps & notifications.
  3. At the bottom, tap Advanced.
  4. Tap Default apps.
  5. Tap Browser App Chrome .

If you are having problems raise a support ticket including the model of the device you are using, the version of the app you are using, the nature of the problem eg. code not recognised and any screenshots you have.

The only way we can get these issues resolved is with your feedback, so we’re grateful for any we receive in order that we can make your user experience the best it can be.

This is just ONE of the MANY improvements we are making to Incent over the coming months.
